- Define and implement our integrated management system based upon employee involvement and a commitment to excellence.
- Give all employees the training and support needed to provide quality products and services to all customers as well as meeting the environmental objectives.
- Communicate our mission, policy, and objectives to all employees, and assign individual responsibilities for performance and accountability.
- Consider the environmental consequences and our commitment to preventing pollution when providing products and services, and performing other relevant activities.
- Provide a basis for developing and reviewing environmental targets.
- PPIC's quality and environmental policy (as embodied in our mission statement and objectives for quality and the environment) is displayed openly as a sign of our pride and commitment, and as a clear reminder of our vision and direction. The policy is also presented to all new employees in our orientation training, and is continuously reinforced by management to ensure understanding and commitment at all levels in the company.
